A second component of From the Cabinet – a phonograph/Victrola – continues the front entrance’s artwork and its connection to the library’s collections. Placed at the South (rear) entrance of the library, the sculpture will broadcast a changing selection of sound recordings, including interviews, music and oral histories, curated by AARL librarians drawn from their extensive audio collections.
