The Fulton County Public Art Program commissions, acquires and maintains art for County facilities as well as providing cultural enrichment programming.
MessageBorn and reared in Germany, Ingrid Bolton came to the US in 1966. After moving many times, she now feels well-rooted in the State of Georgia where she has lived since 1989. She returned to school and in 2002 earning a BA in Fine Arts from North Georgia College and State University. Her paintings have been accepted in various juried Atlanta area exhibits and have won awards. They are part of private collections in many US States, Canada, England, Italy and Germany as well as in local public venues. She is a member of the Quinlan Art Center, Gainesville, GA, The Georgia Art League, the North Gwinnett Arts Association, Suwanee, GA, as well as of the Oil Painters of America, (O.P.A.) and the American Impressionist Society (AIS).
