Artist Statement
Most of my sculptures are fabricated in stainless-steel or cast bronze. All are built upon the traditional art concepts of classical compositions with great attention to movement, simplicity, elegant surfaces and interesting forms. I am inspired by nature, with depictions of the environment that often involve geometric shapes. These modern works are about feelings- they may suggest the pathways of life, forces of nature, or emotions, the warmth of the sun, or the energy of a crashing wave. Traditional sculptures are presented with a sense of humor and interest.
