Plymouth Plantation is an interesting place to find period structures and reenacters in costume. One of my favorites was a lady sitting by the cooking fire telling her tale of the hardships of the voyage and her husband's attempts to make a new home for them. Portraits are something new for me and I hope to build on this experience in future work.
