In this conceptual installation, native plants and pollinators interpret a biodiversity scenario.. The flowers portray some of the native plants of the American Northeast.
Pollinators such as bumble bees, hummingbird, dragonfly and monarch butterfly are present in the large circle.
I have reused materials such as recycled glass, chocolate paper, genuine stones, handmade ceramic and found objects. The flowers are painted in acrylic, then cut and pasted on paper; the small circles are mounted on wood and the large circle mounted on recycled cardboard.
