The Yosemite Valley Trail Loop is a fantastic walk, especially in some parts where it's easy to get away from the crowds. Right behind the Ahwahnee Hotel is one of my favorite spots; the trees are thick, boulders green with moss, dappled light. I always get a feeling of peace there.
