Joe Krol is an artist and teacher based in Erie, Pennsylvania. Krol was one of the last students to study under artist Joseph Plavcan. Veteran teacher Krol has taught people of all ages at the Inner-City Neighborhood Art House, offering color theory, tutorials, and inspiration for anyone to pick up a pencil or paintbrush.

Krol is currently a member of the Northwestern Pennsylvania Artists Association.
