I am very thankful for the interview with Mona Lerch on the Women United Art Podcast. This opportunity allowed me to discuss the pressing need for a revised approach to supporting mid-career artists. I strongly believe that current resources are disproportionately allocated towards emerging artists, leaving a critical gap in addressing the financial stability of those in their mid-career.
