I have used Rio de Janeiro,Brazil, as an example since I am familiar with the geography of the city.
Never the less, if one was to choose to paint all facets of inequality around the Planet Earth, it would take not just one's life time but a string of artists.
There are no clouds in this painting, the sky is clear and so is the inequality by, showing a very costly dwelling with plenty of water, near by a community that has one single tap providing water to the entire community.
