Orion's belt is defined by a trio of stars starting with Alnitak. Next to this star are two beautiful, bright nebulae: the Flame Nebula and the Horsehead Nebula. These are so bright that just an hour of imaging can produce spectacular results. This is the belt using the Hubble palette from hydrogen, sulfur, and oxygen filters.
