Dorit Feldman, 'Psychis Akos-Cure of the soul', 2016
"True reflection presents me to myself not as an idle and inaccessible subjectivity, but as identical with my
presence in the world and to others, as I am now realizing it: I am all that I see, I am an intersubjective field, not
despite my body and historical situation, but on the contrary, by being this body and this situation, and through
them, all the rest."1
The name of the Photographic art work, was given as after the symbol at the
entrance to the public library of Milies, Mt Pelion, Greece.
The shelves of books, manuscripts, and historical items are reflected as part
of the photographic scene taken in that classical location - Library of Milies.
The ever desired virtue as 'cure of the soul ' could be achieved through
Culture &knowledge & philosophical contemplation .The act of delving into
the depth of the water, through the dark self shadow, is a metaphor for
revelation of the subconscious. In the heart of the panoramic episode, the
human D.N.A computerized form, is imprinted as the edge of scientific
evolutionary updated research.
