"MeNorah" a Brief History of Illumination 1997
"...When you set up the seven lamps, they are to light the area in front of the lampstand" (the book of Numbers 8:2). "In front of the lampstand" means its center and thus a symmetry is created turning the flames from the left and right to the center. The lamp's image is formulated into a geometric condensation of an alchemical matrix containing basic forms of square, circle and brass triangle spreading the light. The 7 components have become metal sheets of a historical book folding into a secret box. The light traces from the past to the present and the future pass through the D.N.A. double helix appearing on the first page on the right as the Tree of Knowledge (with the brain image at its center) to the last page on the left as the Tree of Life (with the heart image at its center); the only possibility for existence of life in light is the love that comes from the heart, therefore the Tree of Life. All historical images of the Menorah appear in authentic photographs of archeological findings of relieves and mosaics (from Tiberias, Tzipori, Beth- Alpha, Kfar Nahum and Beth-She'arim) all shown as a mosaic with future light images of galaxies and stars. If we break up the word Menorah into three parts we reveal its metaphysical interpretations according to numerology and letter combinations. נור - means "light", מ - means “from”, ה means “God”, i.e- Light from God. The combination of מה in numerology equals 45, which is also the combination of אדם-Man. The power of the מה combination is the connection between God and man, which results in the improved man.

"אל מול פני המנורה יאירו שבעת הנרות" (במדבר ח' ב'). הכוונה בפני המנורה היא למרכזה וכך נוצרת הסימטרייה המפנה את שלהבות האור מימין ומשמאל אל המרכז. דימוי המנורה מתנסח לתמצות גיאומטרי המכליל כמטריצה אלכימית צורות יסוד של ריבוע, מעגל ומשולש הפליז כמפיצי אור. שבעת המרכיבים הפכו לדפי מתכת של ספר היסטורי המתקפל לתוך קופסת סוד. עקבות האור מן העבר אל ההווה העתיד עוברים דרך הסליל הגנטי ה- D.N.A המופיע בדף הראשון בצד ימין כעץ הדעת (עם דימוי המוח במרכז) אל הדף האחרון משמאל כעץ החיים (עם דימוי הלב במרכז) האפשרות היחידה לקיום החיים באור,
היא האהבה מן הלב ולכן עץ-החיים. כל דימויי המנורה ההיסטוריים מופיעים בתצלומים אותנטיים מממצאים ארכיאולוגים של תבליטים ופסיפסים (מטבריה, ציפורי, בית אלפא, כפר נחום ובית-שערים) כולם מופיעים כפסיפס עם דימויי אור עתידניים של גלקסיות וכוכבים.
פירוק המילה מ-נור-ה לאותיותיה מתייחס למשמעויות המטאפיזיות עפ"י גימטרייה וצירופי אותיות. נגר כנור של אור, מְ- מאת, ה' - היינו אור מן האל. וגם הצירוף מה בגימטרייה 45 - אדם. הכוח של צירוף מה חיבור בין האל והאדם היינו האדם המתוקן.
