Numbers 15:41- I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.’” God’s chosen people were set free from 400 years of captivity in Egypt only to wander around in the wilderness for 40 years. What took God a day to get His people out of Egypt, took 40 years in the wilderness to get Egypt out of His people. The “wilderness” is where we learn to lean on the Lord and trust Him in life’s hard.
