Susan Hart grew up in Gibbon, Nebraska and now resides in rural Cozad, Nebraska with her husband Jim. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in art education from Kearney State College, Kearney, Nebraska in 1981. Susan taught art for 17 years in Nebraska Dawson County rural schools, and continues to teach children’s workshops for the Museum of Nebraska Art in Kearney, Nebraska as well as workshops for adults in collage and mixed media.
