Monarchs on the Molalla River

To walk along a river is to enjoy seeing many beautiful things. Perhaps there will be birds singing in the trees or flying in the sky,. Maybe some butterflies will fly by and start flitting about the spring flowers. When I painted this scene I remembered how many times the river had enchanted me. Sun glistening on wet rocks, water splashing and skipping along freely as it collided with rocks on its way down stream. Feel some of mothers earths enchantment and let joy well up inside as you view this scene of Monarchs enjoying the spring flowers. This is the Molalla River in Oregon.
