This is the 13th piece of my 30 paintings in 30 days series "Color Twisted".
Creativity is a combination of discipline and childlike spirit. I love this quote from Robert Green as both is needed for painting. I painted this series in September. A time when the vibrant colors of the fall outside reveal the whole color wheel of nature. One painting a day.
Discipline to get things done on one hand and allowing myself to play on the other. And I love how this series turned out with its vibrant colors, contrasts and joyful marks.
I feel grateful for that creativity and I was almost a little surprised how much I could accomplish in one day.
