This artwork depicts the mountain lake near the artist's previous home in the Cascade Mountains, in the Snoqualmie Valley near North Bend, Washington. In the summer, Benyshek swam back and forth across this lake. In cooler seasons, Benyshek hiked nearby and walked with her dogs on the trails. Framed.
