'Flowing Tie Dye' acrylic poured painting on stretched canvas. Part of my 'Go with the Flow' series of paintings. Recently I have been messing around with tie dying fabric, and discovering which colors blend well with others. Here I see the brighter lighter colors entering the canvas to liven up the more sedate deeper colors. My paintings have no straight lines, they are spontaneous works of art in which instinct is the primary skill and the painting emerges over several hours after the paint is applied to the canvas. Enjoy the bold colors and remember to look for joy in the 'little things' around you!
