This piece is inspired by Plato’s Allegory of the Cave and the Simulation Hypothesis. In Plato's allegory the cave is a prison where its inmates know no other reality other than shadows on the cave wall. The Simulation Hypothesis theorizes that our current existence, including Earth and the entire universe is one giant computer simulation.
