The fifth painting from my trip to the Plein Air Convention 2025 in Reno Nevada. For this painting we travelled up very high up into the Nevada mountains to Virginia City, and old timey mountain town that herd us coming and came out to open their bars and shops for us as we painted through out the town. I loved the view and wish I had more time there. The altitude was something else as well as the color of the earth there and the incredibly vast view.
