From the series 'Afrometals'.
Founded in 2006 by third-generation Italian immigrants, the heavy metal band Skinflint, which means "knacker" (a slang word for a slaughterhouse employee), is composed by Giuseppe Sbrana (lead guitarist and vocalist), Sandra aka. Hurricane Sandy (drummer) and Kebonye Nkoloso (bass player). Giuseppe says: "The metal nation knows no racial boundaries. We're all one. We all speak one common language, and it's called heavy metal." Skinflint's music mixes African musical traditions with Western-inspired metal.
