To install at 60 inches on center, put two 3 inch screws in the wall 77.25 inches from the floor, with a 16 inch gap.
Drill the screws into studs or anchors.
The screws should stick out 1.5 inches from the wall.
Place the painting on the screws, flush against the wall so the gap between the painting and the wall is even all around.
