Another in the living pond inspired series of paintings, this calming pondscape captures the gentle motion of ripples triggered by koi brushing against waterlily stems blooming at the surface while an increasingly endangered Northern Leopard Frog floats in stillness watching and waiting for an insect meal to come near. This is a study of contrasts of the ripple motion by underwater activity and the frog's strategic still stealth.
