Artist Statment: This is Daisy-Anne’s largest antique framed abstract, to date. “Learning to Breathe” explores the most difficult moments in life, where we are reduced down or forced to start all over again, from nothing. We are learning life all over again, in a new and different way. Like all of Daisy-Anne's work, there is an over arching interplay with the idea of boundaries and boldness, while juxtaposing elements of old and new.
