Seashells by Jayne Gaskins  Image: Artist Biography: Jayne Gaskins’ work has been exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and has earned numerous awards for excellence. Her art is in both private and museum collections and has been shown in prestigious exhibits such as Xe Triennale Internationale des Mini-Textiles (France), Quilt National, and FiberArt International. It has also been published in books such as Art Quilts Unfolding- 50 Years of Innovation, The Natural World: Profiles of Major Artists Galleries, and Art Quilt Portfolio: People and Portraits, as well as numerous industry journals.
Gaskins holds a BFA in Graphic Design and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Management. She also completed an artist residency in Noyers, France, and is a Juried Artist Member in Studio Art Quilt Associates. In 2006 she retired from a long successful career in communications and has since allowed her imagination to take her to places she never knew existed. The journey continues."
