The Vault: Miki Nishida Goerdt - Remembering to Heal

On Site Exhibition
The process of healing by Miki Nishida Goerdt Image: As a therapist, I hear many sad and tragic stories. I have noticed one thing very clearly in this experience of being a witness for these stories--for many of us, the healing process is a process of internal growth, through understanding the meaning of what happened to us.
At the time of the event, a storm arrives. It leaves unsettled feelings and sensation. There is a ball of tangled yarn left inside of you. You may not know what it is or what's in it. As you explore it, you see a sprout coming out of it. Maybe what happened to you means something--something important.May you find the true meaning of what happened to you, out of the tangled yarn.
