Surface 2025: A Juried National Exhibition of Artworks Unique in Texture and Pattern

The open call for Surface received 937 entries from 261 artists from 40 states! Just 63 works from 58 artists from 25 states were selected for this exhibit.

Surface is an exhibition of artworks from across the country that highlights the unique uses of texture and pattern in artwork. All of the work in this exhibit features exceptional textures and patterns - we want our patrons to be able to “feel” those textures with their EYES, and to get lost in those mesmerizing patterns!

This is a juried exhibition, and was co-curated by Gallery Director Amanda Bradley, and Exhibition Juror and artist, Nicola Cornford.
