This piece transforms an original wooden core box, a casting mold once used in a steel foundry, into a stage for memory and light. Inside its frame, a lone figure stands silhouetted against the molten glow of a working mill.

Through this window, Bonnet captures the dignity and endurance of industrial labor, reclaiming discarded tools of production as vessels for storytelling.
