Late 20th century American Impressionist Style Bronze Sculpture by Gary L. Price (born 1955). The limited edition sculpture depicts a standing boy (the artist son "Isaiah") reading, with stack of books by his side, which shows his thirst for knowledge. The young boy's expression, the stack of books still to be read, and arched form of the 'Bookworm" repeats its simple message: Learning is fun! I offer to you, 'Bookworm', so you can open the cover and dream. The bronze sculpture is mounted on a wood base with molded edge decoration and it is signed and dated.
