Collection: Public Art Collection - Litchfield Judicial District Courthouse at Torrington

Artwork purchased for the Litchfield Judicial District Courthouse at Torrington through the Art in Public Spaces Program.  A total of 21 Litchfield County artists and 69 works of art are included in this collection.
