Fire as a metaphor for the planet’s rising temperature has been the subject of my work for nearly a decade. The images here are my most recent work, which continue to shine a spotlight on fire, this time with added oil, and while LA burns, become coincidently timely. As our climate unravels, these images call us to explore deeply what we are doing to our world, and how we must do better. These are the challenges that today’s students will be dealing with.

Ideally, I’d print these on metal, as it makes for a very dynamic image. I’d need to test as not everything prints well that way. The metal prints can be hung unframed, but if the image doesn't work on metal, I’d do a traditional framed paper print. Either way, the price is $2500
