The sculpture, although abstract, symbolizes the “Guardian” of law and order. The court building where the law is carried out and decided upon needed a sculpture that could symbolize man and his shield and arm of law and order. The bone like shapes, symbolize the primitive aspects of the court system and our approach to civilizing ourselves.
