Thomas - Mayor The fountain is made of two different types of stone. The base is where the water collect; the middle is a large sign with the inscription and a lion's head where the water would come out. Above the sign is a relief sculpture with two winged lions facing each other with their front away paws lifting up to touch a pedestal.
