Six bronze lamps evently spaced along the river front side of City Hall. The base is adorned with goat heads on each top corner and stylized flowers on each bottom corner. The lamp is shaped as water coming out of a fountain with four separate levels of outward arcs, each larger than the last. The top arc is lined with lights along the upper rim.
