Following the traditions of still life, Su Baker’s intimate painting of pears captures an arrangement of the fruit on cloth. The green hue of the fabric is replicated and refracted off the pears that have been placed on a diagonal angle to each other.

Su Bakers work is in all major public collections in WA. A graduate of Curtin University her work is represented in the collections of the AGWA, UWA and many other collections.
