Nyarrapyi Giles is one of the respected elder women of the Tjukurla Community. She grew up around the Tjukurla area and settled here when the Community was first established in the 1980's. She works with punu, (wood carving) and Jumpi (basket weaving) and enjoys hunting in the bush. Her work is highly sought after by galleries and collectors.
