The Riverdale monument, dedicated on June 17, 1886, is a symmetrically designed structure of finely hammered and polished granite. A representation of the various corps badges is inscribed on its tablet. It stands in the square near the mill. Riverdale Martyrs Civil War Veterans Memorial, corner of Washington and Hodgkins Streets. Dedicated June 16, 1886.
