This is one of a series of paintings inspired by visit to the Avellino province of Italy. I took some of the colors of the architecture of the town. We stayed at the Hotel Colucci. Colucci in Italian means a person who makes you laugh. My husband who was offered a "matrimonio" declined it because he thought that was a honeymoon suite. We slept in single beds that night. Yep, the laugh was on us. Great memories of a great town. This is a 36 by 36 on gallery wrap canvas. It looks wonderful paired with "Where we came From" and or "Andiamo".
