Painting this piece was therapeutic. The box is filled with ornaments of my childhood. After my mother passed, I was asked to create a holiday-themed painting. I was not in a festive mood, but I wanted to record the images of the ornaments. This piece is dear to me. Limited edition giclees were created so that I can share the memories with others.
