The W Cafe is owned and operated by Kimberly Parker in Gunnison, Colorado. It was remodeled in 1958, you can't miss this great sign as you cruise through town en route to Crested Butte or Ridgeway. Stop in, say hello, and have breakfast or lunch. I can speak from personal experience, the food is great.
