143 North F St, Salida, CO 81201 (no longer a bar)

One of the older buildings in Salida, this was a favorite of mine and many other visitors to Salida over the years. It was built by Mildred “Millie” Ohmertz Johnson in 1900. During the pandemic, it was sold and is soon to be refurbished as several pop-up shops. My hope is that they don't tear down or alter the sign. We will see!
