Originally built in 1942, this 24-hour diner was taken over by Pete Contos in 1988. Pete emigrated to Denver from Greece in 1955 and owned several restaurants. In 2006 he was honored by the Colorado Restaurant Association. Special thanks to Bill & Deb Booker for the photo of the sign.
