My drawing is of one of my best friends Lilly. She is such a beautiful, kind, incredible human being, and I am so glad that I have her in my life. When I did this drawing I really got to spend time with her even though I wasn't really there with her. She sent me the reference photo and I worked off of that, but due to COVID, we hadn't seen each other in person for quite a while. But being able to really put effort into drawing her made me realize how much shemeant to me. I also did a drawing of her twin sister, Elke, who I also care about deeply. This drawing represents how I am looking forward to being able to reconnect with friends who I have not been able to spend time with lately, and to appreciate how much their presence means to me.

Mi dibujo esde una de mis mejores amigas, Lilly. Es un ser humano tan bello, amable e increíble, y estoy tan contento(a) de tenerla en mi vida. Cuando hice este dibujo, realmente pude pasar tiempo con ella, aunque no estaba realmente con ella. Me envió la foto de referencia y trabajé a partir de ella, pero debido al COVID, no nos habíamos visto en persona durante bastante tiempo. Pero al poder esforzarme en dibujarla me di cuenta de lo mucho que significaba para mí. También hice un dibujo de su hermana gemela, Elke, ala que también quiero mucho. Este dibujo representa que estoy deseando poder volver a conectar con amigos con los que no he podido pasar tiempo últimamente, y apreciar lo mucho que significa su presencia para mí.
