We honor Martha Middlemist's board service with the purchase of "Lake Silver" by Kate Kiesler. Kate is a Colorado-based artist and former children's book illustrator. Kate says her paintings "are about the natural world around me. I am taken by the shapes and light found there. My best work comes directly from freeing my mind and my hand and moving from shape to shape intuitively." She is represented by Breckenridge Gallery. "Lake Silver" is an oil painting with a contemporary but timeless style, selected with the help of Scott Middlemist to celebrate Martha's love of skiing, biking, and all the outdoor delights of Colorado. We hope this artwork will bring moments of peace and mindfulness to our patients, families, and team members.
