We honor Judy Koff's board service with the purchase of "El Barco con Familias" by Tony Ortega. Tony is a Denver-based artist and professor at Regis University. He is a local legend, known for his work in the community and numerous exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Fine Arts Center in Colorado Springs, Harwood Museum in New Mexico, and beyond. His expressive vivid style and sensitive approach to his subjects creates nuanced work depicting tradition, culture, and history. "El Barco con Familias" is a pastel inspired by Tony's travels with his family to Puerto Vallarta and was selected with the help of David Koff as a nod to fond family memories in Southern Baja.
