"Anima Animus" Jung’s concepts of anima and animus are the hidden feminine within men and the hidden masculine within women. They exist in dynamic balance within the collective unconscious, a domain of universal experiences and archetypal knowledge we all share.
Chas Martin is a contemporary sculptor, mask maker and painter whose dynamic images depict archetypal characters and situations. His goal is to take viewers beyond superficial labels and adjectives to focus on the universal qualities that bind us as humans.
