We have a lot of foxes on Prince Edward Island, our new home. We now live in a rural area and notice more the wildlife and interactions especially with the flocks of birds in the fields. This painting is a scenario I imagined between a chickadee and a fox where the chickadee, maybe on a Monday morning as we are sometimes, is "daydreaming" and lands (or almost lands) on a rock right next to a fox looking for breakfast.
No chickadees were harmed in this painting!
