A small series about survival without spectacle.
These pieces came together like inhales and exhales, moments of pressure, release, restraint, and return. The darker panels carry weight and compression, while the lighter ones feel like air breaking through after being underwater too long. Not peace exactly…more like proof that breath still exists inside the chaos.
The tension matters here. Nothing is fully resolved. Marks interrupt each other. Fire pushes against atmosphere. Space is earned instead of handed over.
Between Breaths is about those fragile moments where you realize you’re still here, even after everything in you wanted to shut down.
