  • Artist: Gunter Schwegler

Schwegler is a fiber artist specializing in silk painting. His earlier work in watercolor, acrylic and oil painting formed the basis of his style and technique. Recent work includes framed silk paintings, wearable art, banners, lampshades, home furnishings, CD covers and public space art.

He also teaches workshops and residencies at school and college levels, community and senior citizen centers, arts organizations and art therapy environments.
