Nilges-Nehamkin is a 1976 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art, where she majored in printmaking. Her work has been shown at galleries and juried art shows in Northeast Ohio, California and and the U.S. Virgin Islands for the past 46 years, winning many awards.
